My wife and I just bought our first home and wanted the carpets cleaned before moving in. Authentic Carpet Cleaning did a phenomenal job! The 15 year old carpet flooring now looks 10x better and smells wonderful. The products they use are safe for children and pets which was a huge bonus since we have an 11 month old. Sandy, DJ and the rest of the crew are very nice, professional, knowledgeable and dependable. I found Authentic cleaning through a quick google search and I was honestly very pleased with their work! Their quote was also lower than I expected for a full condo full of furniture and carpets that needed to be cleaned and de-furred from my cat. I was able to inquire and make my appointment all by email which helped since I work night shifts. They had an appointment available within 48 hours of my inquiry and they showed up in time and finished within the window I was quoted. It’s been 3 days and my place still smells very clean and everything has dried and laid perfectly. I would hire them again in an instant!
